requested at booking a queen room non smoking and i got a full bed in a smoking room

i called twice to request early check in and both times they were rude and hung up on me

great room and plenty of parking. awesome pool and nice staff.

they only reasons i continue to continue to stay at the premuir inn is there is a laundry facility

requested a smoking room for my partner and when we arrived they didn't have one available and their computer

but since we had a pet we had to move to another room on the other side of the hotel

the wifi didn't work, which cost me $200 in a project i was unable to complete.

parking is a little tight if you have a big truck, i drive a compact, so it s no problem.

breakfast included isn't what you would call a breakfast since it consists of coffee/tea and toast

room was more like a mini-suite, with a full kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker, and a full-size fridge
