great chill out music in the pool bar for a late afternoon drink watching the sun go down

the managers , reception staff ,cleaners , bar staff and entertainments team were second to none, always smiling

we had minor problems with wifi

the kids pool is so much fun and kept our daughter entertained all week

no parking place for car, you have to search where leave the car, at evening especially

loved the fact that could use gym early as necessary

breakfast was like in 5 star hotel

i ordered room service, pasta of the day and the portion was huge and price very reasonable and tasty

was large and comfy all the bar staff worked hard, the pool bar menu was good quality and fairly priced and was

lovely relaxing hotel. nice pool area,rooms & food excellent. very short walk from the beach

my two young children and stayed in a kids premier room with my own jacuzzi and garden

as a family with a child, this was especially difficult: - no simple food options for kids when we asked - no

the bar is also really expensive

the time it was still honouring past bookings so a lot of lillos in the pool,

the gym area is air conditioned and has lots of up to date equipment if you want to work out while you

staff were absolutely lovely, especially with the kids (3 & 8) and the whole place is absolutely spotless

very good fitness and gym and courts of various sorts at very nearby leisure club (100 mtrs away), i think

fantastic rooms, location and breakfast. lovely staff. excellent room service including dinner

probably not a good place to take kids

wifi is very patchy all over the hotel

no matter which room you stay in, when you step outside you re met with a stunning view of the pool and the

holiday with being picked up by lani' private transport, lovely driver, to the welcoming staff & sparkly offered

breakfast was served by fabulous staff and cooked to order

room & view, super friendly staff, impeccable service, great food at the restaurant, quality of spa treatments

everyday your suite feels brand new with little treats / extras and almost a free mini bar (spirits not included

mini golf, pickle ball and lots of different places to relax

easy & relaxed vibe hotel with great breakfast and easy parking in front of the hotel.

the underground parking was also a positive so the car was always cool when we used it

the welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment

breakfast was amazing

the kitchen staff, especially the omelette station! the pool was lovely and warm! magnificent!

some restaurants not open, gym not open, charge for steam room

we had room service which was tasty but unfortunately made us sick

i recommend spa treatments, very professional staff great products
