had weird smell because of the fireplace

the pool & hot tub in our room was clean & beautiful

you also have soup and salad bar and your choice of dessert at the end

parking was very troublesome

the pool on the main property is beautiful and we enjoyed spending an afternoon there with drinks from

in fact, parking at all the silver birches communities is woefully inadequate and chaotic

the wifi did not work in the room

the pool bar - awesome bbq food

no kitchen or microwave

no one at desk to get some so i went to the gym and took the toilet paper from that bathroom

no spa, no gym

went out of their way more than once to accomade our order for food , and a late check out

what i liked most about the property was it s location and my ability to do laundry

the wifi wasn t working and we weren t provided with anymore help when asked

the free wifi and free breakfast were also great with super friendly staff

limited parking

i booked the hotel on the site, it was for a room with a jacuzzi spa

it was great to have a gym, pool, and spa right across from our room's building

parking is easy and the staff spectacular

it s so nice that breakfast was included with our stay

the 350-foot uneven uphill trail i would need to scale and descend to get to the restaurant and parking lot

the hot tub the pool and the gym like it was so awesome
