i loved the pool

people up stairs were very loud kids running and jumping all day long

the matress was hard. the wifi did not work at all.

was really nice, pool, exercise room, and the resteraunt in the parking lot was very convenient

location great easy to get to ,had shuttle to concert saved parking hassle.

there weren't any extra soap or towels for the spa tub

longer breakfast time

no plastic bag for dirty laundry

clean room. parking.

pool water was too cold.

i asked if i could get a yogurt from the breakfast area, he said no but got me one from another room

pool is very nice and quiet

would be nice if pool was inside but it looked pretty

hot water fish showers couldn't use the pool or hot tub because of all the kids throwing football in the area

no hot tub they need to work on cutting down noise from pool area- echoes.

they only refilled one of the three empty pans just as we were leaving from breakfast

booked a king bed with spa tub, received room with 2 queen beds and no spa tub

the pool was definitely refreshing after the long walk around the zoo

the pool was rather cold. i wasn't able to swim, but it didn't seem to bother my kids.

we were stood up by our taxi and the staff went out of their way to arrange a shuttle

shuttle only runs 8am-9pm. i had a 7am flight

the original plan was for them to get to enjoy the pool on sunday so if we had not asked my kids would not have

they had a good breakfast. we enjoyed the swimming pool.

when we paid for a late check out, but didn’t end up needing it, there was no issue with a refund

the spa tub room was very nice
