pool was small and crowed

staff was great from the door to the spa and everywhere

we ordered kids meals 20 mins before our own and they arrived 15 mins after ours

boyfriend and i stayed for my birthday and the hotel staff wrote a nice card and left rose petals hbd across

the bar was full of people at 11:30am and they were loud it took 10 min for someone to seat us and the

perfect location in downtown orlando! beautiful pool, very clean and nice staff

friendly staff, nice breakfast, great pool and accomodatiob

love the free happy hour bar and location

breakfast buffet was great

we had to check out early because the kids got sick from the smell and moisture

parking was for free and wifi was working very good

laundry facilities were challenging as some machines didn't work

i liked the parking availability. i loved that we had club level access. it was fun and quiet.

also i would recommended adding a sign for the gym in the reception area because we couldn t find it and

breakfast, for the price of the stay i feel at least that should have been included or have room service available

a home away from home, plenty of space great kitchen facilities with full oven

move us to a ground floor disability access room with a shower that looks like a stall at the gym
