pool was very small and crowded and there were plenty of screaming children and the parental units

the pool was not up and running.
the breakfast was disappointing, it snowed while i was there and nothing was done to manage the parking lot
after asking staff if the pool was in working condition, i walked into the pool area and it was freezing cold
parking was nonexistent after 8pm
