when i ask for room service the next day, they just made the bed but did not change the linens nor the towels

i really enjoy the gym and especially the sauna, nice touch.

loved the location and just like home feeling w fireplace.

the indoor pool was warm and available for many hours of the day

i had my grandkids, the play area was steps away from the sliding door

had grown adults/there kids doing flips into the water splashing people that didn t want to get wet

i liked the cleanliness and that it had everything we needed. loved the spa tub!

the pool was open 24 hours! the hotel was very clean and well lit!

no room service the second night, no clean towels, when i called down and ask, the kid replyed

no staff at bar area. counter staff had to do both duties.

good job on the kitchen staff

the entire kitchen staff deserves a raise

our room was cute and comfortable, and our breakfast each morning was visually appealing and delicious

all of this - great location, well-appointed room, comfortable bed, strong wifi, soaring fireplace (we were

did not receive room service and the wifi kept cutting out so we were unable to use our devices

plenty of parking and a restaurant on location which served good food at reasonable prices

house keeping knocked on door at 8am when only 2 cars where in parking lot

was on the first floor which is weird because when i got a spa room before i was not on the first floor

pets stay for free on every room regardless of the day

had to ask for extra towels since it was a spa king room

much i had the room with the spa in it that was enjoyable

staff was friendly. front desk was awesome! pet friendly. always had coffee available.

there was no breakfast for me to comment on but the room was nice compared to the outside

trucks driving the wrong way on a one way parking lot directly in front of my room to get to a storage yard

roaches everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty room, mattresses filthy, sketchy men smoking right in front of our door

changed that and checked out next day earlier than checkout pictures are deceiving and when they smoking they
