it was really nice to have the fireplace going on our last night

had a little trouble logging on the wifi

slow check-in and service; attitude of staff mixed; gym was hot, stuffy and very small

machines broken the entire stay room service very late in day had to walk quite a ways to but ice in very warm

our kids enjoyed the stairs and the adults enjoyed the location and coziness

for breakfast , but there s a great breakfast/lunch restaurant just 2 blocks away (franklin spa on spring

the bed was comfortable, wifi was excellent (i was able to connect to an evening class with no issues), bathroom

rooms have one widow that looks right out with a large window onto a parking area, and the rooms have very harsh

it is new, it could have used a support bar in the shower, and a luggage rack would have been nice

location of the property is perfect for walking to the beach to avoid parking fees and traffic

the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. perfect breakfast.
