the park in the hotel and pool are amazing! the staff is very friendly!
our only complaint is the room service that took way longer than we were told and a broken ventilation shaft
my kids loved it, it has an extra tv area and a table for 4 with a little kitchenette with plates, glasses,
no hotel bar and restaurant was confusing.
although they have room service 24 hours a day, the food is not the best

there was a gym, excellent kitchen in my suite and free bottled water
too stiff, wifi was not strong and did not have a small fridge to keep drinks cold
