did not like that there was another persons hair in the spa tub

a wine opener, plenty of soft towels, a sitting area with a couch and a big recliner and a little fireplace

sure if the pool had heating

the close parking and the jacuzzi tub.

facility appeared well maintained. good location and parking. comfortable bed and pillows.

limited handicapped parking -- and cars illegally parked there.

i couldn't find the pool

i removed it and we used our own fleece blankets to ensure the kids were comfortable

lobby, bar , breakfast and shuttle folks made me feel welcome

great rooms and good complimentary breakfast

whirl pool spa tub was the highlight it relaxed me

breakfast could have fresher pastries to offer.

tues night dinner in the bar with the tues night specials. great meal deal!!

that worked the day shift can understand doing your job but it's how you talk to people made kids nervous and

any of the shuttle drives were great especially fateem she gave us the best advice and information on how to

the room service was oddly expensive but tasted as fresh as if you were in the restaurant.

we had a king room with spa tub, very nice hot water, was clean and jets worked great

i do not like that your hotel does not have an indoor pool.

would be nice if this hotel had an enhanced bar ( very small ) and a restaurant.
