very tasty breakfast

pool was being refurbished with swim-up bar, so unfortunately not available during our stay

restaurant/ bar onsite very convenient especially as the setting made you wish to stay

the spa jacuzzi in our room was healing and warmed me after a few kilometers of walking up hill

the breakfast room offers breathtaking panoramic views, and the food was both delicious and refined

the little park and short property trials were great for keeping the kids entertained

we checked in early without a problem and had a slightly early breakfast to enable us to catch a 7am bus

was a bar across from our room, which caused a bit of noise

the wifi barely worked in our room and sometimes didn t at all

staff was extra attentive to every detail, they replace your towels while you re in the pool, they keep your

juices at breakfast was delicious and brightened every morning

desk helped us with transportation and a tour to corcovado, and the location and service at the spa was perfect

location, amazing breakfast (especially the coffee - picked from the grounds), a beautiful quiet respite from

the breakfast is wonderful & delicious

fireplace at the room was not working due to a bird s nest at the top of the chimney

it has a very well filled mini bar nd provide excellent coffee in the room

the gym needs a total upgrade as the equipment is worn out, and it wasn't really that tidy and clean

the adults only pool on the roof terrace was very tranquil, next to the sushi bar which did amazing food that

kids enjoyed the pool

facilitates staff are very professional courteous and efficient lovely pool area with swim up bar room decor

we also had some laundry done and it came back looking great

it has everything - a gym, spa, multiple pools, games room, mini golf course, restaurants, bars, its own wildlife

the fruits were so fresh and the egg station was really good pool, a lot of variety and even an adult only pool

of lights so its very very dark, the railway right next to the property so expect to have your kids up at 6am,

wifi was good even on the top floor where our room was

this is also a pet friendly hotel and our dog was welcome

i like the staff and the room service. my room was always clean and organized.
