staff was very nice, the pool and nordic bath very enjoyable and the room very cozy

it felt very dirty and old in the hall ways, although it said room service was available 24/7 each time we

could not get wifi in my room which is only reason why i could not give excellent rating

feels a bit claustrophobic, and there was nobody there to clean after previous usages, specially kids

limited dining due to recent renovations. no real gym.
