food is good and bar is great rooms are clean, comfy and look great

so clean amazing wifi good view big rooms comfy bed nice

it was fine for me, but maybe if you’ve got young kids and lots of luggage, it might be a bit of an inconvenience

we really enjoyed the breakfast

maybe keep the bar open a little later for people who are staying there, but other than that

was outstanding ordered room service, parricularly the vegetable and goat cheese pie

there s plenty of parking, the hotel is in the middle of a park and the restaurant is very good

we stayed in room 5 which also had a leather sofa in the tv area, and a massive en-suite with a spa bath

wifi was a little slow at times

we had room service and the food was delicious

the info stated 2 double beds but there was 1 double plus a very uncomfortable bed settee and kids bed

view from the room was amazing, the kids were able to wake up and see the ducks on the lake

plenty to do with the spa, beauty rooms, a fantastic gym, lovely bar area and you can even finish it off with

facilities at the spa, beds, view was amazing, bar and restaurant very crisp and clean

at 5pm to find gym not available which wasn't made aware of at all throughout the booking process ,and no food

very clean, lots of free parking, good ev chargers, friendly staff, comfy beds

the spa building works were a bit noisy at times, but this in no way spoiled our visit.

breakfast was lovely. location was great, plenty of parking spaces. love the decor.

com would be great, i either didn't spot or see that there was a gym on site, had i of noticed or it was clearer
