i loved the heated pool and super close to public beach access

breakfast was good, could have been more of a selection but overall not bad

doors wouldn t lock, poor quality, minimal water pressure, did not know info about pool towels, wifi, breakfast

got accused of smoking bc of a ashtray from our car was in the room and they even took a picture of it

the flower gardens, fire pit and pool made for a wonderful time for all 4 of us

it is pet friendly and breakfast was a option every morning, which was also delightful

when traveling to this hotel with kids i wish they offered a free breakfast.

fact i could hear everything happening in the hallway including to kids playing some game at 7:30 am on a sunday

also bathroom could have been cleaner,and the pastries we ordered for room service were dry and did not

employees were so helpful. shuttle service, starbucks in the lobby and warm cookies!

the family lives at the hotel and evidently smoke so much it seeps into every room non smoking or not

there was trash including used tampons in the parking lot and strange people that hung out in the car all

no room service to freshen beds or replenish toilet tissue

pool and gym were in perfect condition, staff was friendly and breakfast was great

the room service was right across the hall and didn't come clean the room but once during our stay

they gave us an early check in so that was very convenient since we arrived early
