stay longer for the poor my kids loved it

the front desk person was rude. the spa tub didn t work as advertised

wifi password was wrong and the room key did not work until i went to the front desk and informed

friendly staff always went the extra mile and free breakfast was surprisingly good.

we booked in may for september for a king suite with kitchenette and pull out sofa

gym was hot with only 1 treadmill bathroom toilet was full of excrement

reserved a room for 2 adults with kids and got a king bed and nothing else

the 8 fl bar music was too loud in 6 and 7 fl area

the atmosphere the cleanliness the guest services the roof top bar the balcony it was all amazing not to mention

the spa tub the balcony and the staff we're amazing.

desk is very accommodating, she gave us a new room since wifi and phone service doesn t work in the room

noise from the rooftop bar on 1 night was a pain.
