weirdest hotel smell ever, very old and tired rooms, laundry of uncertain cleanliness, one shower in a room didn

wifi on the upper level was woefully inadequate

was dirty, mold in toilet, black mold by air conditioner, broken phone, couldn't get wifi password at front desk

this hotel is a motel that s been converted into a hotel by adding a conference hall inside the parking area

the wifi could be improved.

the cleanliness!! and the spa tub was excellent. also the fire place!

bed and linens very nice. parlor room was a nice gathering spot, appreciated wifi. good shower

room, happy hour, fireplace, verandas, bath salts

front lounge, fire/fireplace, outstanding pictorial biography of abraham lincoln, reading materials, games,

access to sites. i was able to walk everywhere and left my car in parking lot.

people not handicapped parking in handicapped places

requested a non smoking room but the room was very stinky, the tv and wifi didn t work properly, the room was

directly next to the governor s mansion. free parking. walking distance to historical sites.

no microwave or laundry facility

the pool was out of commission. mechanical malfunctions happen through no fault of the hotel.

your sign said the pool was closed

my kids loved the cookies at night and hot chocolate in the morning

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

wifi was practically non-existent. even went to the lobby. nothing worked.

the breakfast, though available was not what was expected

friendly staff (they even let me use the gym after closing hours), the room (especially the bed) was clean and

the front desk service to the size and incredible cleanliness of the room, to the lovely, quality breakfast in

the breakfast attendant was one of the best i've encountered.

i told them those cookies were great and they sent me home with some to bring to my kids
