wifi didn't work in the annexe. i had to switch it off on my phone to send and receive emails

room service was lovely meal

brilliant breakfast, having to cross the road is so ok on a fine weather day

beautiful place to stay, our room and the spa was amazing

charge to use the outside pool you re staying and paying good money

residents had to leave the pool by 10am on the day you vacate.

we were lucky to get a parking space at the hotel as the car park is quite small

staff were fab, pool snd spa is a dream snd the room was beautiful

the views from the restaurant are incredible and the cosy bar was lovely for a drink by the fire before and

loved the setting, the bar i award winning

really nice breakfast

no coffee available for an early breakfast but this was quickly rectified by a member of staff

really, only small issue was the lack of wifi in the room, and the room was a little hot at night but the windows

everything was grate but the signal wasent grate and couldn t get wifi

there needs to be doors around the bar area as it got very cold with the main doors left open

comfy beds and spacious rooms with all the things you need

our stay was perfect and we had a delicious breakfast

breakfast was cooked, or continental, both were excellent, location for the bay area was excellent,

the spa facilities with two hot tubs, heated outdoor pool and saunas was amazing

the restaurant and menu was superb with hit rock steak technology the spa facilities and outdoor pool made a

beautiful gardens, great outdoor pool.
