friendly, helpful staff - very clean, updated, more than i expected! pool, etc.

no elevator and travelling alone, i was put up stairs, next to room with screaming kids and door slamming

tv didn't work, filthy hall and stairs, people cooking in hall, wifi didn't work

parking and access to room

nothing really. the breakfast was ok but not great
