really liked the pool, i found it clean and super relaxing

we had some laundry done because our flight lost our suitcases, we gave half a bag of clothes maybe 10/12 items

wifi worked well

best i have ever had in any hotels, b&bs, etc room was warm and with bath and nice shower , minibar bar in the

a pool would have been lovely!

the small rooftop pool is a nice touch and the view from there and rooftop terrace is fantastic

wifi was good and did not experience any problems

the only thing it's lacking is a bar area (with comfortable seating rather than restaurant table and chairs)

didn't use the spa facilities, which are expensive

we were left to find out things like the bar services for ourselves

were super helpful and friendly, bed comffy, lots of pillows, spa bath great once we worked out how to use it

lovely, light and spacious room with spa bath and private patio. beautiful location

the hotel also has a good bar and lounge area with cold ac, cool drinks, and great service if you need a break

no waiter at the pool during the week so pool bar isn’t open

free breakfast was good, with plenty of choice

breakfast was bad held in an awful room...

the cost of the brewery in the snack bar and the staffs was very low customer services.

great hotel with a fantastic view of toledo. free parking too!

only thing i thought could work better is the amount of seating on the bar terrace

not that helpful, wifi terrible and restaurant closed due to it being run by a separate company

columns to navigate - but we managed without any trouble - and the bonus was free use of the two ev chargers

we forgot to request an early check in and asked upon arrival

very helpful and friendly staff. clean and comfortable room. excellent wifi. good location.
