the coffee shop shut down because of corvus-19 but even more so when i discovered there was no room
also thought there was laundry services and a print/business area for computer work, and nothing was available
signing onto the wifi network took several attempts.
the gym was nice and clean
lovely clean hotel with gorgeous rooms, great location, easy parking

i wish there was some type of breakfast option at the hotel but there were a lot close by

only things that were a bummer is that kids can't swim alone and the cleaning staff is really rude
the general clientele were kids going to a tournament!!
thin walls with kids screaming in room next to us, i messaged the staff but they didn’t respond

it had a great location with restaurant and bar and a great shuttle service from and to the airport

the location was perfect and peaceful; loved the pool area!
lobby bar, room service, outdoor pool and hot tub, lawn games
kids appreciated the pool area, and proximity to the river walk/park
room was facing parking lot
parking lot was so full when we arrived die to an event we had to park far away from our entrance

room has a jacuzzi; there was 2 slices cheesecake in the refrig; there were 2 robes; breakfast was delish; there
free breakfast room service and cider in a champagne holder/chiller
also a complementary bath bomb for the spa bath would have been a nice touch
we loved the spa bath and free sparkling cider

parking wasn't the greatest
wifi , couldn't stay connected, ended up using my own hotspot to take care of my paperwork.
another reason i chose this hotel was because the description said it had a laundry facility
the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. room was clean and comfortable. pool was nice
the laundry was dirty the shower was plugged stains everywhere

my rental car was dented in the parking lot overnight and that was a bummer.
the pool was fun and they had a hot tub and bonus kiddy pool which was really great for the kids
the kids above us running n making noise
few things out of order during our stay, such as the whirlpool in the hot tub, and the a/c in the gym which made
keycards did not work for the gym and she was put out because she had to rekey it

proximity to all attractions. plenty of parking. breakfast served in the morning.
