the heated pool with a view to the jungle was amazing and came in handy as it can be a bit chillier during the

pool isn't that big, so if this is your only stop and you have kids; they might want a bigger pool

we loved the open fireplace as it was raining and foggy when we got there

the mini bar prices were extortionate

the kids loved the animals, especially the feeding of the hummingbirds, the butterflies and the jungle

breakfast and dinner was excellent

too many cow pies on the hiking trails laundry wasn t available for free

there is a free pool billard for rainy days

we vane late in the evening and kitchen was close, however the chef fixed two very tasty soups and a glass of

pool table

rios 2 & rios 4 had bad wifi reception for computer in rooms

weather didn t cooperate so i could not swim in the pool

really bad tasteless breakfast, with no options

the homemade breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed walking the gardens and taking a dip in the pool

they were so nice to our kids and have lovely dogs :) we had the dinner on site and it was delicious
