couldn't get the wifi to work - it just didn't appear as an available network.

bar tender wanted to pore the port in a whiskey glass, but nice when pointed in the right direction

parking was just a little tight

setting with helpful staff and the most amazing lovely outdoor pool

smell from kitchen vents on one side of the hotel, which unfortunately, my room was above.

car parking was very tight due to day hotel function visitors

the spa facilities were also great and we liked the 1hour slot provided to us

i went to the rooftop bar which overlooked exeter as the hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of

the spa is overpriced for what it is. guests should get spa access as part of the overall price

we couldn t use spa as it was full
