we were given the wifi code when we checked in, the hotel is in a great location with a cycle/walking route

staff were friendly, bar snacks good, good range of beers

there was a nice selection for breakfast, and the parking was easy

the rooms, restaurant, grounds and parking facilities are excellent

well stocked bar with a choice of draft local ales, gins, cognacs and liqueurs

wifi was unsatisfactory. very weak signal, not what i would expect having paid so much..

everything was grate but the signal wasent grate and couldn t get wifi

had to get room service to bring a heater up

we had breakfast which was excellent value for the money we paid

read small print they take a 50 bond just in case of using room service etc.

we ordered breakfast room service and was very impressed on how it was hot on arrival and on time we will

disappointed with the bar staff and the waiters, we got a severe not allergy when asked if there was nuts in

residents had to leave the pool by 10am on the day you vacate.

the staff are amazing, the room was clean and quiet and the spa facilities were good

t do enough for us, excellent service provided by all departments (reception, blok restaurant, bar area & spa

i attended for a wedding and so needed early check in which they accommodated hassle free

clean and comfortable accommodation with secure parking

spa bath needs updating looking tired and several jets not working
