staff was very friendly and breakfast was always amazing.

i booked the room, i expected a regular sized room with a spa tub

the staff was great, and i loved our room! we had fun in the pool & hot tub!

i really appreciated the free parking right outside my door

and check-out were quick and easy, and the parking facilities was amazing

i had to pay $30 in pet fees for a room that cost $65

we had the room with a small kitchen area and it was just right for us

laundry facilities are awesome and very cost efficient

parts of the parking lot needs work when it rains pooling was a problem but not a.deal breaker

the sports bar next door gives a 10% discount for bw customers. did not expect such a nice room.

room was clean and the bed was very comfortable but we never had room service

t really think of anything maybe access to the gym would have been nice but pretty sure with covid that was

front desk ppl nice. clean room. easy/ free parking.

there was no wifi, and the showers whistled when you tried showering

on site laundry was a plus as was lobby access without going outside

no lights in parking area, parking lot is completely dark

the location and the parking were excellent

oh yes, and the lovely outdoor pool

wifi service was very difficult.

rode the elevator down with the room service staff, they complained the whole time about guest that they've seen
