room uquipment was okay, wifi was working

we stayed for 2 nights with the kids and we really enjoyed this

but my husband refused to move with 2 small kids- no lift in the facility and our mood was already heavily

staff amazing, wine bar at the zero floor perfect and good vibes.

also there is a restaurant for morning breakfast and a bar to chill in the evening

also not sure why they still state they have a gym, because they don’t

hotel had a gym and a terrace with a pretty view, and the room, at first glance, lived up to expectations

there where pictures of a gym at booking, but this has been closed a long time ago

great that the hotel offers a gym

and clean rooms, with good bed, the hotel also offers a small gym which is a plus

there's no breakfast at the hotel, and the spa treatments were a bad experience for us.

the room and location the spa was awesome and the jacuzziiiiii

reserving the room well in advance i was assured that spa can be reserved later

min bar was empty/ no food service we found a half glass of milk in our mini

had a very spacious room and there was a free wine bar :) also, the hotel is next to the zoo and a big playground
