staff was very friendly the place was spotless very comfortable the breakfast was good

i booked i was assuming there would be a typical hotel breakfast but actually received a coupon for breakfast

very clean room. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good at restaurant.

the breakfast was a voucher for the hometown restaurant next door, it was great!!!

close to where we had to park semi truck

parking isn't suitable for full size vehicles

average. used the laundry facilities so that was a plus

parking was somewhat a issue especially towing bass boat

kee pushing reset button prices pretty much doubled in past few years pd more for 3 adults and 1 pet then i did

shuttle didn't know where convention center was & was unavailable sat

fact i could hear everything happening in the hallway including to kids playing some game at 7:30 am on a sunday

could possibly have more furniture in the pool area.

the room was very clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly, and they are pet friendly.

the parking lot was very small and we had to park at a different place and walk to our hotel.

there was plenty of parking and the doors had security locks so that we could only get into the room area (not

elevator was broke, had to walk 3 flights if stairs with luggage and 2 small kids

trash for service, wifi doesn't work, elevator doesn't work, staff is horrible, they don't answer the phone,

on the bed side it s nasty, the floor is dirt too even they use mop to clean but still dirty my kids wear a

lower price for my smoking king room. along with ashtrays provided.

got accused of smoking bc of a ashtray from our car was in the room and they even took a picture of it

be noted when booked thank god we are in the same city as my family and someone was able to pet sit

everyone was so nice and delicious breakfast

i needed to use the guest laundry however this property does not have it

the heated salt water pool was a great way to end each day

didn't have to go very far for the ice machine, the pool, or the common room

excellent room and view. the pool is clean and refreshing. the location is perfect.

the flower gardens, fire pit and pool made for a wonderful time for all 4 of us

staff, coffee & moon pies available all day, good breakfast, great shower/water pressure, pet friendly gift shop

do to renovation you had to get breakfast in the laundry/ice room and take it back to your room

i loved the heated pool and super close to public beach access
