the staff is very helpful and could book various trips including safari or free shuttle bus to the beach
they have shuttles to jumeira beach and mall of emirates which is really convenient
free shuttle to dubai mall and jumeirah

staff were friendly breakfast was superb gym was by far the best quality hotel gym i have been in, anywhere in
the bed and linen are comfortable and the amenities like the gym and pool are really great
proximity to the beach pool service

then our wifi did not work so we ended up using our phones' data packages to work
the cleaners and room service was exceptional
having an additional bathroom in the lounge was also helpful with kids or a bigger group
i had sent laundry to be done externally
renovarion when we were there but you could use one next to the hotel / really nice one for the kids
