my grandkids loved the pool

that it was pet friendly - first time i ever brought our dog - little frisco enjoyed himself

the hot tub was not that warm and wifi was not very strong/fast.

enjoyed valet-free parking, but the arrangement of the parking places was confusing with thee entry area parking

great location, clean room, comfy beds, and pet friendly.

many kids at the pool, very rowdy, no one told the parents to control them

lots of kids. breakfast and lunch were very expensive and average in portions and quality.

our kids loved swimming in the heated pools after a day of skiing

the spa is wonderful. breakfast was delicious.

quality of the service could be improved: 1) adding free drinking water to the jacuzzi/swimming pool areas; 2)

shuttle service to the slopes was super convenient and fast (less than 5 minutes to lionshead)

fold out bed needs updating. kids were uncomfortable because they can really feel the spring.

there were kids and teens running back & forth between the hot tub and sauna splashing so much water outside

there s a large outdoor pool (closed during our visit), a small heated indoor pool, and a gym

kids were allowed to run up and down the hallway screaming and dogs barking up and down the hallway

option if you don t want to be stuck in the middle of the village especially if you have a pet

no room service , dilapidated. huge pillows uncomfortable

we enjoyed a drink at the tipsy trout both evenings and loved the spa tub each night!
