friendly, helpful staff - very clean, updated, more than i expected! pool, etc.
no elevator and travelling alone, i was put up stairs, next to room with screaming kids and door slamming
tv didn't work, filthy hall and stairs, people cooking in hall, wifi didn't work

the spa tub was just what i needed after a long drive.
big pool, great breakfast, restaurants within walking distance.
it was very clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast bar, laundry on site
glass ceiling /roof over the pool had open spaces and it stormed while the kids were in the pool letting rain
wifi isn't terrific, and is slow at times

the coffee in the breakfast could have been better
pet friendly room..clean , and nice tv , elevator to second floor
rooms/hotel was clean, pool was nice and overall great stay for our family
staff courteous and professional. also respectful of our privacy. pool open in morning.
