the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well

staff were so pleasant and helpful, we dined in the bar and the food was excellent, very varied menu

we arrived later than expected on arrival date so ordered sandwiches in the bar area at around 10

ordered room service & felt the service was fantastic

corridor noise in the morning, our room was next to the laundry area, but that is a minor thing.

staff, the bar staff were lovely and chatty as was the lady on check out that helped us with a taxi

no room service at that time, possibly covid related which is fine.

i ordered room service for a snack in the evening, arrived promptly and well presented

breakfast is excellent the ladies are so friendly and helpful, the decor of the hotel is lovely, parking is not

first saw the hotel from the rear parking area, which doesn't do the property any justice, for a first impression

nice rooms. clean, and comfortable. pleasant staff. adequate car parking. all round good hotel.
