wifi worked without any problems

pool, the facilities, abundance of space,huge room, free parking

the outside patio with bar service was great to have in the odd afternoon hours where it is difficult to find

you need to log in to the wifi every time. the time-out frame is very short.

wifi was strong throughout

menus were a little limited and too many rules for the pool not much fun for the kids.

bed was super comfy, location was perfect and the top floor with pool, jacuzzi, bar and gym was divine

excellent for families with kids

room service food was excellent and they welcomed us with a bottle of water and

options for room service

we tried room service and was good, pizza could be better, but the scrambled eggs with serrano was delicious

areas was dirty as these hanging displays were covered in dirty and dust, there was an area where laundry was

wifi is really difficult to access, which wastes time and we had to get help from reception to get

bed is small and uncomfortable. not easy access to wifi.

the old town in a 20 min walk, we enjoyed the pool area and the spa

the two girls at the bar very nice and friendly

wifi was (as in most of spain) ok, but not fantastisc

they wrote that they have a gym. but there is no gym there it is only a trade mile.

breakfast is great and the staff so friendly and helpful

lastly, maybe invest in some better quality cardio equipment for the gym area and slightly heavier free weights

price, location, helpful staff, standard of room, rooftop swimming pool, free wifi and parking

the gymnasium was just a small room with four machines. no weights or other equipment.

if only booking a spa treatment was more convenient we'd probably do it

bed and pillows the spa bath in the room was superb, i see it 4 times in 3 days

you can order a drink on the ground floor bar and enjoy it on the roof overlooking the mezquita

- like if we laid on bed, there's no wifi connection

wifi dropped out rather a lot in our room and the lighting could have been better for reading

no bar no lounge shabby room too small breakfast not good value all in all wouldn't go back

excellent charging outlets and wifi were available

our kids thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay

awesome service and super pet friendly (don t get turned down by the email you receive at first on it)

we booked very early, and got a lovely room next to the pool

in the jewish old quarter minutes walk from all the historic sites, and a beautiful outdoor pool to get some

swimming pool, really close to the import things to see in the city

food is great and the hotel is pretty new . the room was very nice free `parking also

bed was like concrete. no pool, no one spoke any language other than spanish. terrible
