i liked how the bar had other drinks besides alcohol
breakfast was exceptional
out area is in laundry room and no place to actually use minimal number of dumbbells (no bench)

the room was beautiful along with the outside pool
it was nice having a bar and food available right there as well
everything is there, pool, restaurants, activities for kids… don’t have to leave the resort

loved they left the christmas tree and decorations up so our kids could see them twice

room service after 3 days, so the 4th day, which meant no toilet paper, clean towels andi hadto
were told that the indoor pool was heated but the water was cold by our standards

the hotel was in a nice location with great parking and it was very quiet
parking lot was cleared of snow before we had to pack out in the morning which was appreciated
very clean and comfortable beds breakfast

the pool and hot tub were nice
beds was comfortable, was clean, kids enjoyed the warm pool (was useable till 10, was nice), breakfast was good

was in order to use the pool you had to sign up ok fine but all the slots were filled so my kids didn’t get
room service was not automatic for cleaning
pool/sauna/spa were clean
in-room spa jets were incredibly weak but by that time we were settled in for the night
i was upset the tv didn't work so my kids were very upset

location, room was perfect for our needs, loved the fitness center and pool, and the breakfast at the restaurant
smokers standing just outside one of the entry doors off the parking made entering the hotel disgusting
the spa bath is the main reason we booked the room
location, decent free wifi, comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room, ability to order food from the bar until 10pm
the pool is well maintained and great, as is the gym

i was able to do laundry and my son played in the fitness room
parking, heavy walkers upstairs could be heard. didn t wake up my 4 or 14 year old though.
fitness center/gym could use a different setup, it s a small wall to wall room off of the guest laundry area
gym was a closet the pool wasn't working, my bath tub was clogged. and the room wasn't clean
kitchen needs an updated coffee maker, like a keurig or traditional coffee maker
