we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

we arrived pretty early from guatemala city

wifi didn't work on first night but given that you are in the middle of the forrest, it is

on the lake was magical, the room fantastic, the staff were lovely, the food great, especially breakfast

incredible property. bikes, gym, kayaks, monkeys, pool, private hot tubs , comfy bed, good food

hotel with a very nice pool

the pool allowed for a cool off and provided atmosphere around the breakfast bar area

there was a nice bar in the courtyard where you could enjoy a beer surrounded by greenery

there were no top sheets or blankets on a few of the beds, due to ac kids got cold

the wifi was really bad and we could barely load anythihng

staff especially brayam wonderful breakfast, evening meals delicious amazing grounds secluded location but flores

the spa was nice but the massage was not professional rmt just a relaxing massage

we enjoyed swimming in the lake and in the beautiful pool

have been more helpful, all were great but yaneli was particularly friendly with our questions at breakfast

breakfast is very good and we had 2 delicious dinners as well
