wifi worked in the bar but sporadically in the room

needed anything at reception you needed to walk back and forth from room to recepfion desk, no room service

disabled parking was very difficult and spaces beside hotel door was sealed off.

breakfast was excellent - great views and good parking

breakfast options were varied and portions large

staff and facilities brilliant. very friendly bar staff. spa was great also

we arrived, we found a huge fairy-lit tree outside on the grounds that our kids immediately had an exciting time

room service sadly ud83dude1e as a 4 star ud83cudf1f it would be great to have this

wifi very patchy also

this hotel is pet friendly and this was a big plus for us as we went with our two frenchies
