during your stay, you'll see robots roaming the hotel, which are used for room service and parcel delivery

terrible laundry selfservice like in a hostel and this is a 4 stars hotel

especially kids options

the room service charge was a big surprise as i assumed booking

location is convenient, lot of bar & food around.

the location is really great. very nice swimming pool, nice staff, have everything you need

there was plenty to choose from for breakfast

wifi didn't work even after complaining about it

the wifi and internet connection is really bad for foreigners if you don t have a local sim.

vegetarian food has to be there with the options in the breakfast

the gym, room was clean and service was exceptional

breakfast is good and efficient, a very good gym

gym, sauna, steam room and pool was awesome

no internet. no food, restaurants or room service after 21:30pm bar closes at 21:30

wifi was slow

the indoor swimming pool is too shallow and is more suitable for children.
