clean, convenient location, nice helpful staff, great outdoor (and indoor) heated pool and hot

kids loved the heated outdoor pool in the winter and the hot chocolate and cookies in the afternoon

the one and only disappointment was the wifi. unfortunately we lost it due to the rain.

it had an indoor and outdoor pool , hot tub indoor and outdoor, kids splash pad

hot tub was down, ants all over the floor in laundry room, and vending machines did not work

unfortunately the laundry facility was out of service.

the first night our wifi was very slow, but after that it was just fine.

pit, barbecue grill table and chairs outside to use right next to the kids playground area and pool/hot tub

parking can be difficult with larger pick up.

shower water temp was not consistent while taking a shower and wifi didn't work most of the time

staff was kind and the kids had a blast in the pool ty!

it was quiet at night, and the kids enjoyed the pool

a king bed, coach, 2 easy chairs, gas insert fireplace and a balcony

air conditioning was noisy (but effective in 90 heat) and wifi signal intermittent.

big room, propane fireplace was a huge bonus after skiing as was the deep bathtub

although the room and bath were very clean, in using the spa tub, the jets were not cleaned out

there is ample free parking on site

room description provided said we would have a mountain view overlooking the pool

took advantage of the coffee bar each morning before going to breakfast as we are very early risers

no mountain and pool views.

it had nothing to do, a bunch of movies to watch, no pool.

most of the lights were amazing but the one over the bar flickered so much that we could not use it
