the pool is wonderful and much more quiet if you aren't interested in lake one

not enough parking, and spaces very small, and people park right behind vehicles.
the bar and restaurant was closed for remodel but i would do it again
pricey being the spa wasn t open or restaurant because of damage.

rooms 6&7 were clean and comfortable, the holly looked clean, was comfortable, and we enjoyed the kitchen

clean rooms ,spa tub was wonderful good breakfast
hotel was clean, comfortable and offered a very nice complimentary breakfast
that the pool was closed all day friday because of weather earlier in the day
kids were very loud in the hallway late in the evening

we were traveling with our three small kids and our three dogs and they made sure we had everything we needed

was parking in the back, but when the hotel is at capacity (on weekends), it can be a little cramped
it's within walking distance to downtown black mountain with plenty of parking
