balcony like it said spa tub didn't work right wouldn't drain jets didn't work right stayed in the honeymoon

also, assigned parking, possibly just numbering the spots woul be nice

a big snow storm recently, it took them a while until they started to clear the sidewalks & parking areas

the machines in the laundry were broken with no sign of urgency that they were about to be mended

the place was very clean, went through an update on decoration, wifi was faster than the hilton one, no complaints

parking lot is tight.

could get on the wifi, not a problem, had a hot spot didn't replace towels on second night we had enough but

fireplace put off smell that gave us headaches

was pet friendly and immediately available

beautiful, big room. kids loved the pool. great breakfast.

wifi was a bit hard to log into but hey

unit was large with a fireplace, sofa, comfy chair and a kitchenette
