the pool, in particular, needed more maintenance, the spa was broken, and they didn't provide towels

also, i had two vehicles and they did not charge me for additional parking

they spa tub i paid extra for was too dirty and old and not in decent condition

clean, excellent facilities, pool and spa were warm and excersize room
