great location with indoor parking. friendly service. clean room with airco. great shower.

nice hotel close to city center and fish market. big bathroom with spa bathtub.

free wifi, and cleaniness were fantastic

relatively clean for a motel standard. free wifi. friendly staff.

wifi connection was good

water jets in the spa bath didn't work

finally, the parking lot is a little small

breakfast at all, which was served in the corridor near to the reception and to the exit to the parking area,

rain shower and stand up shower bath area plus a huge bath tub plus computer in room plus free wifi

there is free parking onsite and even a massage place across the street where we relaxed just before

spacious room, clean, we didn't use it but there was even a parking lot

good service and loved the parking, right under the hotel

very good wifi

good location to access traditional markets. parking is little bit inconvenience.

the wifi connection was a bit weak

there was a wait for getting our car out of the parking lot

did not purchase breakfast as they only had 2 types of porridge on the menu

breakfast selection could be improved.

the hotel did not have a laundry facilities so we had to go outside to do laundry

breakfast and upgrade of entrance on ground floor

emailed in advance to request for early check in, but no response received, and don’t allow early check in

wifi was good but the property has no idea how to deal with foreigners

location near to shopping street & busan tower. spa bath in the room.

were nice and helpful, they allowed early check in and keeping my luggage after check out

accommodation cares too much about parking spaces, there's no remote control for controlling the air conditioner

comfortable beds, easy check-in and out, free parking, rooms are large

the location is nearby the downtown with free parking lot

nice and clean hotel next to the harbour. parking lot is also included.

another negative point is the gym: one of the main reasons i booked this hotel was because it advertised a gym

breakfast in a dingy room

to jagalchi market, and has an automated parking

breakfast order system

while there were on-site laundry facilities, the opening hours are too limited

luggage storage and laundry requires a small fee but that s a minor detail.

(laundry

parking available right next to the hotel which is very convenient too

3 days we had no wifi despite our repeated complaints, and we had no wifi during the day being outside, it was

parking space, though small

- close to restaurants/cafes, shopping, public transport and night life - free laundry - free parking

and the laundry was pretty expensive even though we have to do it ourselves

we had free parking, free laundry facility and the staff was really nice

room easy check in easy access no kitchen/microwave inside room transparent

no kitchen.

property offers excellent value with spotless rooms, reliable wifi and convenient parking that made the stay

they did allow us to leave our luggage in the lobby because they couldn't do early check in which was very

they also have parking spaces if you arrive by car

the staff were very helpful at sorting out our laundry issues

we liked the location and the automatic parking system. the rooms were wide.

laundry room is a disappointment though is free usage as the room is very run down and washer is

free laundry and dryer was provided on 7th floor

the laundry on lvl 7 was also excellent with cheap detergent purchasable at the lobby

free parking

however, if you have a car, be aware that parking across the street could be a bit challenging with automated

the location is perfect and there is free parking in a robot car park across the road

due to poor navigation on my part, i was hopeless lost while finding the hotel and its parking

laundry room was filthy and dirty as well i asked staff that i can check out 30mins to 1 hours late but they

facility is old, and the self laundry machine is old 2 washing machine & 2 dryer share 2 hotel not recommended

inadequate lifts with long waits. rooftop bar not open. breakfast just okay.

breakfast with loads of options

clean rooms, early check in 10

the view amazing from the balcony and breakfast was delicious

the sea view and parking available

breakfast was delicious. beds were hard like regular korean hotel beds.

also it comes with breakfast & bathtub to enjoy ur stay

wifi is very good

the wifi was bad

breakfast is included in the room price this is a typical japanese breakfast

laundry facilities are easy to

excellent breakfast and location! very kind staff

they had laundry washing and drying facilities

need to reserve a specific time slot to use the swimming pool, which feels quite unusual

was exceptional, amazing room and great food at the room service, the view was breathtaking and staff where very

full gym available and indoor pool with a view

room and the bath tub has an amazing view over the sea the bar and restaurant at level 27 are a must to try for

great gym and breakfest was

great wifi, ac and fridge

spacious room and reliable wifi

they allowed early check in when the room was ready which was a bonus

like the separate wc and bath and wifi worked well too

no breakfast, pool, or gym.

the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed

wifi was a little unreliable but was fixed right away when we asked

it lists 'spa and wellness' as one of the facilities and 'enjoy the heated pool' when in fact they are referring

glasses in the kitchen

kitchen was not well equipped (no drinking glass, only some coffee mugs, no ladels, etc for cooking

requested no room service on 2nd day, but they still entered the room

there was also no room service throughout our 3d2n stay, which was quite disappointing

but so pity this hotel not provide laundry service

no big towel - only one pair of slippers was provided - no laundry service was provided - cleaning was not done

comfy cons: railway right outside window (noisy) aircon had no remote no bath towels, no slippers room service

and we got early check in without any additional fees

it was my first visit in busan, i had a such hard time to figure out for parking and there were no carts

busy traffic, hard parking, polluted by travel people.

- free wifi - lift - walking distance from busan ktx station and many eateries

and there is a privat parking

bathtub spa was wonderful therapy for weary guests back from shopping or sightseeing

also had parking at the hotel for free (valet as car stacker parking)

location and staff is good. free wifi is also comfortable for using internet.

was hard as a rock, no security features in the hotel, unsecure wifi, no do not disturb sign for the maids, no

they don't allow you to use their wifi or toillete only after check-in, very inconsiderate

excellent room condition with bathub and spa facilities also near to busan station

deluxe spa suite had a comfortable bed

the staff was extremely helpful, in busan is near impossible to find parking, the underground one wasn't

the area, leaving the parking issue aside, the area is somewhat
