when i ask for room service the next day, they just made the bed but did not change the linens nor the towels

i really enjoy the gym and especially the sauna, nice touch.

wifi above average

loved the location and just like home feeling w fireplace.

the indoor pool was warm and available for many hours of the day

i had my grandkids, the play area was steps away from the sliding door

had grown adults/there kids doing flips into the water splashing people that didn t want to get wet

i liked the cleanliness and that it had everything we needed. loved the spa tub!

parking lot could be replaved

it appeared clean and the wifi was decent.

plenty of parking and a restaurant on location which served good food at reasonable prices

corner unit where i could park my car with boat.

house keeping knocked on door at 8am when only 2 cars where in parking lot

bathroom could have used a grab bar in the shower.

inside pool looks to line of trees behind property, nice touch

the entire kitchen staff deserves a raise

great location and pool and spa were great.

the pool & jacuzzi were open without restrictions

channels, emergency procedures, pool, laundry, local restaurants, etc

room was clean and comfortable. ample breakfast choices. parking felt safe. quiet.

as well the wifi connectivity was subpar

great breakfast and the only hotel i've stayed where they still provide daily room service

plenty of parking spots in the back of the property (and a cute gazebo we didn't get to check out)

parking was tight when returning at night.

beds, fabulous breakfast, pool, wine tasting upon arrival, bathtub, close to jamestown and williamsburg

the free breakfast is full course - quiche, croissants, scones prepared on site, fresh fruits, great coffee

wifi was week and so was the cell signal.

room didn't have a working fireplace, which was a bit disappointing

the pool grounds and the courtyard with the fountain were just divine
