room service was exceptional

very clean and the kitchenette is a bonus

no umbrella, also there is quite a strong smell of frying from some kitchen on terrace, maybe near restaurant

is pet friendly

and tidy and it is very convenient to go to the beach and have a nice sunshine and the terrace bar is amazing

although the reception and bar area were good, the communal area of the hotel was not very welcoming

could not open the windows due to traffic noise, and people drinking in bar below

the coffee at the bar is very good

place to stay, near to the airport, great room service, rich breakfast and big shopping mall nearby

enough parking places in front of the hotel and one may need to park his or her car outside the hotel area

the laundry delivery service was right outside at 2am and made all the noise possible

the bar as it was unexpected but needed by the time we arrived

staff very friendly and jolly, the presence of a gym very neat and close to the airport the wifi was great and

ceiling height is so high (which is great) but i was cold for several hours on my first night the gym is nice

everything was perfect especially the breakfast

room service finished at 10pm, we asked for a coffee and half past 10 which we weren't allowed to

for either, 2 mins from science centre and dry riverbed area for cycling about, plunge pool & gym on roof top
