food was excellent and we enjoyed the pool

had to call to get the wifi fixed or walk to order room service which was really annoying

parking was difficult and not all the on-site restaurants area sites were available

it was like an in-law suite for in-laws you don t like, sort of hidden under the stairs by the parking lot

the restaurant at the place is very good, we had a wonderful breakfast there, and the view from the restaurant

bit old fashion room, staff in the main restaurant too busy, early morning breakfast was poor for a 5* swimming

pools are nice, as are the grounds

it was also very family and children oriented and the staff were always nice to the kids

a twisted my ankleso badly i couldn t walk i n the parking when arriving lot because of a hole in the parking

take into account that the main swimming pool and bar is closed for reconstruction

the staff, room, pool and breakfast are all exceptional

open air spa was very nice, get a massage there if you have the chance

the swimming pool is on the edge of a beautiful garden, you can swim while watching the sunset on nicoya

shower was cold, the wifi weak, there was a kitchenette without a sink, and a few things didn't work properly
