did not have a slippery floor, friendly staff, actually called me wanting to know if we needed room service the

parking was a bit tough bc my car is lowered. shouldn t bee too bad for a normal car.

the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and couldn't believe it was in the lobby

had a free laundry and indoor and outdoor pool and a restaurants on site

wifi connect process is too complicate, i got the wifi code, login in successfully after trying

only thing i could say is the parking lot is small

one thing i didn t like was the smoking outside

there was no wifi. this is a big problem today. on the last the tv didn t work.

our room was a smoking room which is exactly what we wanted

the sliding glass door was permanently closed due to security concerns (on main level, facing parking)

the parking lot was a little tight. turning around was alittle difficult with truck and trailer

room could have been cleaner. laundry room was gross.

the property was great right on the river, gas fireplace and hot tub for after hiking waterfalls

bed was uncomfortable, the wifi did not work and the hot tub was full of dead skin from previous guests

the staff were very helpful. i didn't bring a dog but it's nice that the hotel is pet friendly.

had a beautiful penthouse suite with a wonderful view, but it was lacking in the kitchenette area

if you bring leftovers back, you ll need to ask the kitchen staff to reheat them for you

also, how about having some laundry bags for patrons dirty clothes
