the wifi was not great

we liked having the mini bar option a very reasonably

the room is full of very cool and useful features along with a well stocked mini bar that had reasonable prices

than you would expect in a budget hotel, great attention to detail, down to glasses, the mini bar and the lovely

mini bar facilities if needed

the fee wifi was hopeless

staff were lovely and very helpful. food in the restaurant was fantastic! plenty of parking.

had booked an apartment with a kitchen

a full kitchen but this wasn't necessary for what we needed it for, more towels could have been provided

the small kitchen was great to have also

good location for shopping and bars if you are a beatles fan alot of live music

am still struggling to get a vat invoice and the wifi just kept disappearing from the available networks and

nice, clean, well maintained. quiet too! plenty of free parking

specifically booked a pet friendly hotel and was offered a fee of 60 and when we got to reception she charged

very pleasant bar area and separate room with pool table and chess facilities

the room rate would be more justified and competitive if it included the cost of breakfast

loved the castaway bar & restaurant menu looked lovely, although we ate out elsewhere as pre planned

castaway bar is adjacent to the restaurant and is very comfortable to have a drink and a game of pool

kids didn't find the beds very comfortable.

rooms are spacious & comfortable and breakfast room service is plentiful

and above was my partners birthday and they provided free wine and a swan towel arrangement with petals

and complimentary prosecco stayed to celebrate are one year anniversary the room had rose petals all on the bed

team has put in every aspect of the facilities: it would be great to have a pull up bar in the gym

my pet was welcomed and made to feel very special
