after this amazing initial service the rest was perfect: our room, hot breakfast, & pool

wifi always didn't work.also,kept on making new keys.

wifi was not consistent within hotel

the parking lot had major dips that could cause damage to vehicles

food was wonderful. kids had amazing time in pool and game room.

it was a nice bonus to have unlimited free water, tea and coffee on the corridor

theres a pool in the main area and the breakfast was good, they have a waffle maker, bagels, toast, muffins,

the pet charge was a bit high for having no carpeting

at outdoor pool patio, noticed that there were no canadian flags yet parking lot was mostly canadian cars

after getting this corrected at the front desk all was good and the kids were okay but they had a very nice

friendly, great location....kids had a great time. great breakfast..

the pool closed at 10 pm. i would have expected it to be open at least until 11 pm.

of my visit and they allow drug deals and prostitution to occur on the property also i didn't get room service

i tried to use the fitness room, almost broke my neck, because the treadmill belt slips

needs a pool. and bathroom had a dirty tub and someone s underwear in it once i checked on.

the spa bath was nice

the bed was comfortable. the tv worked well. parking was convenient

parking very tight and not a fan of the shampoo that comes like ketchup packs

so uncomfortable that i got up and left at 2:30 in the morning not enough water for the in room spa was shut
