uncomfortable soft bed, uncomfortable pillow, no elevator, 18 gel for 1kg laundry is quite expensive, breakfast

also, there is a bar downstairs with music playing all the time

highly recommend the cute little wine bar that ist right outside the hotel and also belongs to one of the owners
