one of the rooms had no ac and i paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi for the kids

so we headed to the pool where we enjoyed most of our night

problem with ac, wifi, shower water would either be scorching hot or freezing cold

room service was terrible in regards to food selection and beverages

we called room service and someone was supposed to go check it out but they never showed up
