lack of a driving connection between the back and front parking lots, but easy enough to go around the block to

loved our view, the kids absolutely loved the pool even tho it was freezing lol and the front desk lady was

noisey, people with kids in room next door.

customer service, the gym only opened two hours later than i asked to use it, they let me use it anyway

room service was delivered on a oversized tray. no table in the room so you eat off your lap....

the i wish i knew about the kids daily activities at check end and not 2 days before we left.

if housekeeping wasn't doing their job, we were given vouchers for free drinks only to find the bar closed by

we were not given the wifi password, i had to fix the tv, there was no water available with breakfast

as always, i loved the staff, the view, the breakfast everything!

the children enjoy the property activities: mini golf, scavenger hunt, playground, shuffle board, and movie

put put golf, movies and crafts for the kids was a plus

it was very spacious and clean. there was plenty of activities for the kids

it has a ton of room in the villa, and you have a kitchen.

the parking is under the building that mean it was shady
