the wifi was also slower than i'd expect from eduroam, but that's a nitpick at best and it was at least

i called ahead to request early check in and the staff were very efficient and organised our request easily

there s a bar downstairs in the hotel and as a solo female traveller, i just didn t feel safe

no towel in the kitchen, didn t feel very cosy or homely
